This Privacy Policy explains how Oridian Consulting LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information about visitors to oridianconsulting.com and learners enrolled in our courses. We are an education company; we collect only what we need to enroll you, deliver your course and support you.
If you provide a mobile number, we may send you transactional text messages about your enrollment (for example, cohort reminders or access details). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate express consent. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), installment providers you choose at checkout, our learning-portal, email and video-conference providers, and our website host — and only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
We use essential cookies to make the site work and basic analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still function, though checkout providers require cookies to process a payment.
We keep enrollment, payment-confirmation and certificate records for as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and accounting obligations (generally 7 years). Learning-portal data is kept for the duration of your access plus 12 months, then deleted or anonymized.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing communications. Email info@oridianconsulting.com; we respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California and Colorado) have additional rights, which we honor for everyone.
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to learner data to staff who need it, and rely on PCI-compliant processors for all payments. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
Our courses are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
