1. Who we are

Oridian Consulting LLC ("Oridian", "we", "us") is a Colorado limited liability company with its principal office at 7300 SW 77th Ave, Miami, FL 33143. We provide online business education: self-paced courses and live online cohorts. These Terms govern your use of oridianconsulting.com and your enrollment in any course.

2. What we do not do

Oridian provides education and training only. We do not provide consulting engagements, implementation or done-for-you services, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial planning, investment, credit repair, lending, funding or other financial services. Course content is general education and is not individualized professional advice. Consult a licensed professional for advice about your specific situation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to enroll. If you enroll on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so, and each seat is still assigned to one named learner.

4. Enrollment and access

• An enrollment is one seat for one learner and is personal and non-transferable, except as allowed in our Refund Policy.
• Self-paced courses: portal access is provided by email within 24 hours of purchase and lasts 12 months from the access date.
• Live cohorts: sessions are held on video conference weekly at the scheduled time; recordings are posted within 24 hours and remain available for 12 months from the cohort end date.
• We may update course content, replace instructors and change session times with reasonable notice. If we cancel a cohort, our Refund Policy applies.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time charges per learner. Applicable sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Installment options shown at checkout (such as Klarna, Afterpay or PayPal Pay Later) are offered, approved and administered by those providers under their own terms. Oridian does not extend credit, does not decide approvals, and is not a party to your agreement with the provider.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Certificates

Courses issue a certificate of completion when the required modules or sessions and the capstone are completed. Certificates are professional-development credentials issued by Oridian Consulting LLC; they are not accredited degrees, licenses or government-recognized qualifications, and we make no representation that any third party will recognize them.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

• All course materials — videos, recordings, workbooks, templates and text — are owned by or licensed to Oridian and protected by copyright.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning. You may use the templates in your own work or business.
• You may not share your login, copy, resell, redistribute or publicly post course materials or recordings, or record live sessions.
• In live sessions, treat instructors and other learners with respect. We may remove a learner who is disruptive or abusive; our Refund Policy determines any refund.

8. No guarantee of results

We teach skills and methods; we do not guarantee any particular business, career, financial or exam outcome. Your results depend on your own circumstances and effort.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Courses and this website are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oridian disclaims all implied warranties, and its total liability to you for any claim arising from a course or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the enrollment concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By enrolling you agree to it.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your enrollment governs that enrollment. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at info@oridianconsulting.com; most issues are resolved informally within a few days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it where you live.
